Cooperation process - employment of foreign workers through an agency
The first step in cooperation is the selection of the best quality foreign workers from among the HR agencies. Candidates are selected on the basis of work videos or personal videos, CV biographies, previous experiences and knowledge.
Pre-selection of foreign workers

For all selected foreign workers, the agency prepares the necessary documentation for the visa process (employment contract, invitation letters, guarantee letters, declarations, authorizations, statements). Delivers to the employer for inspection and approval.

After the approval of the prepared documentation, the signatures of the employer and the foreign worker are collected. The agency communicates with both sides and completes all signatures on the documentation for further proceedings.

Upon the arrival of the workers in the Republic of Serbia, the Employer, in cooperation with the Agency, welcomes the foreign workers and drives them from the airport to their accommodation.
