HR Bulevar uses flexible fee models based on the type of work and duration of engagement.

Agreed coefficient for specific positions
Gross II salary includes net salary, taxes and contributions, allowances, and monthly employee costs.
Clients are entitled to VAT refunds in accordance with the law.
Cost per Employee Formula:
Cost per Employee = Gross II Salary + Commission + VAT

The basis for the commission is the Gross II salary calculation of each employed worker.
Hourly Billing Model
Staff Leasing Services can also be defined based on the hourly rate.
In this case, the rate includes all costs—taxes, contributions, and commission.
Each month, the client provides HR Bulevar with a certified monthly attendance report of employees (hours worked or daily units), based on which an invoice is issued.
Cost per Employee Formula:
Cost per Employee = Hourly Gross Rate × Hours Worked + VAT
