Upon acceptance of the offer, HR Bulevar and the client sign a commercial contract that clearly defines all terms of collaboration – including the type of work, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Our services cover all types of engagements, from manual and physical labor to specialized and highly skilled positions.
HR Bulevar then assigns its employees to the locations specified by the client, in accordance with the agreed projects and requirements.
Throughout the collaboration period, the workers remain employed by HR Bulevar, while the client manages their daily tasks and work.
This way, your company maintains full operational control, while HR Bulevar handles all administrative and legal obligations.
The client is obligated to comply with occupational health and safety regulations and to organize employee training prior to the start of engagement.
